This company hacked my debit card, trying to take out 4 x $300 all in the same day. I had never heard of them before doing a search on them.

Contradictory Information From Support
Very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was not the delay itself, but the constant contradictions from customer support. Different agents provided different explanations, changing requirements, and conflicting updates regarding the same case. A financial services company should provide clear, accurate, and consistent information when handling customers’ money. After spending significant time chasing updates and trying to get clear answers, I completely lost confidence in the service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
