Losing the thread

The ad breaks keep pulling me out of the puzzle, and it gets old fast.

Ads mid-move

Ugh, ads showing up mid-move make it hard to stay in the puzzle, especially when a tile gets placed somewhere other than intended. REALLY frustrating.

Sudoku

Sudoku - loved the game so much that i purchased the ad free version. All good until Watersort starts - then max moves achieved are 1 or 2 moves, and I play at extreme level. In the advertising version, you are awarded more moves with the option to double the moves by watching an ad. I can no longer finish the Watersort puzzles, which is disappointing. I have finished the daily challenge every day for three years … about to move on to another provider if this is not rectified.

The game is ok, the company is dishonest

The game is ok, but their data harvesting practices are blatantly dishonest. They force users to deselect the "legitimate" interest for every single vendor individually. After having done that they sneakily added a lot of new vendors with no notification and auto-enabled the "legitimate" interest. After manually turning off hundreds of "legitimate interest" entries I saved my choices. When I went to check a little while later, they'd all been re-enabled. They claim to value users' privacy, but this is obviously a lie. Beware of this company's products - they're just trying to harvest and sell your data.

Paid for ad free with credit card and next day the card gets compromised in 2 days

Too many interruptions

The ads interrupt the game constantly and make it hard to play.

Fun to play however

Fun to play however, the more you play, the more ads that you have to watch. Never had an app with so many ads. Annoying. Moving on to something else.

Excessive ads spoil the game

Excessive ads spoil the game, when moving a tile to the board an ad pops up ( constantly) and places the tile nowhere where you were intending to. Why bother,easybrain will reply "we need Google ads", and I think why bother with this crap

Easybrain Art Puzzle is one of the most creative and innovative games I have ever played. I’ve been gaming for forty years and this is one of my favorites. It always amazed the creativity of how each game is designed each time I play. Whoever is designing this game has quite an imagination!! Julie Robinson

Refusing to help with accidental child purchase

Headline: Refusing to help with accidental child purchase - No cooperation "I am very disappointed with Easybrain support. My minor daughter made an accidental purchase of 10.650 JOD. Even though the items are 100% unused and I reached out immediately, the support team refused to help or provide a solution. This is poor customer service for such a big developer. I’ve been a loyal Google user since 2016 and expected more professional handling of honest errors."
