So frustrating

So frustrating when progress seems to depend on spending, while matches still feel stacked against me. It makes the whole climb hard to enjoy.

I will get justice for this…

I made an account on trust pilot to get this off my chest and i hope those of you reading this relate to this aswell… I’ve spent 7yrs and in-counting - trying to recover an account I had spent 100s on and as a child going through foster care I had been dealing with a very abuse foster carer and I didn’t have much to cope. Brawl Stars was everything to me and throughout these 7yrs of trying to recover since 2019 support has just been non-existent. Youd think like normal human beings id just learn to let go and just move on, but that account meant more to me than most people’s accounts meant to them. Dont make the same mistake i did do not trust this company, do not entrust anyone with your id even if you have been the victim the entire time. I had everything to prove that the account was mine (not the very first receipt) but a full receipt historu of transactions, and they did nothing.

The matches feel off

Honestly, FRUSTRATING when matches stop feeling like strategy and opponents seem automated. There's little sense of working toward a goal, and I come away feeling the result was settled before I could make a meaningful choice. That takes the fun out of playing, especially when the game gives me no clear way to turn it around.

Dieses Game hat nichts mit Strategie zu tun, sondern nur um einen das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Hier spielt man gegen Bot‘s und hat keine Chance irgendein Ziel zu erreichen.

Frustrating support loop

Frustrating to get stuck with support that keeps sending me back to automated help when an account problem needs a proper look. I couldn't find a clear path forward, and being passed around like that makes the whole experience worse. A person reviewing the issue would make a real difference.
