Only care about they profit,doesn't even care about customer feed back.Game always lags with this kind of server,delay input,slow respond.Pack opening need to prepare around 400 ringgit Malaysia(only for 3 epics player).Division rangking system(example:when win increase 18 points,lose minus 23 points,wth..)NOTE:for those out there,never ever download or play this game(efootball).btw,i already spend around 3000 ringgit Malaysia at this game,dont be like me.

My account got stolen

I am writing this review to warn current and prospective players about KONAMI’s appalling customer support and complete lack of security protection for paying customers. After spending a significant amount of real money and hundreds of hours building my eFootball account, my account was recently compromised through a security breach. I contacted KONAMI Customer Support expecting standard recovery assistance, identity verification steps, or fraud support. Instead of investigating or helping a loyal customer, KONAMI’s support team took the easiest path possible: they permanently suspended the account, refused to restore access, and told me to simply "play using a new account." To add insult to injury, they explicitly stated in their email that they will ignore any future replies or inquiries regarding the issue. KONAMI has zero interest in protecting the time or money you invest in their games. If your account encounters a security issue, their policy is to blame the victim, lock you out of what you paid for, and cut off communication. I have completely lost trust in this company, and I strongly advise everyone to think twice before spending a single dollar on eFootball or any other KONAMI product.

matches keep putting me against opponents with far stronger teams, and climbing the divisions feels pointless. the gap makes each game a slog.

My eFootball account got hacked…

My eFootball account got hacked yesterday around 12:20pm. I was locked out mid-match, the ID linked to my account was changed, and shortly after my phone was reset by the hacker. I contacted Konami through their official inquiry form, but it only asks for information I no longer have access to since I was locked out — there's no way to explain what happened. I've reached out on Twitter, Instagram, and here, and haven't had any response yet. Really hoping someone from Konami sees this and helps me recover my account.
