Looking at 52 reviews, most reviewers were satisfied overall, though a notable minority reported serious problems. Many reviewers appreciate how easy it is to set up and manage a server, with some also noting phone-friendly controls and straightforward interfaces. Customers frequently praise support for quick, helpful answers, and many describe the hosting as reliable and reasonably priced....
However, some customers report lag spikes, unstable connections, server outages, or difficulty accessing the website. Others describe support interactions as rude or unclear, including problems getting help with server or world transfers and an unanswered refund request. A few also found setup slower or mod and server configuration less straightforward than expected.

The server stayed playable for our group, even with people connecting from different sides of the Atlantic. I mainly wanted everyone to join without fuss, and that worked out well. Our sessions stayed about the game instead of turning into a troubleshooting project.
Setup was easy and fully automated for 7daystodie server. Whenever there were ie. patches or problems, support was instant etc.
Fair price, little downtime so far. Support got my problem sorted quickly, which made running the server feel easy.

Done trying to use this site keep trying and nothing 😒
Server have nonstop lagspikes, DxWo tried to move it from eu 3 to eu 6 both places are in france, we have 7 ping so that is fantastic, super pc and 1000x1000 hyper speed internet so there is no problem on our end. server dont even have mods installed, and normal settings so its a huge host problem and i can see in the reviews im not the only one gg piss host
Reasonable priced servers, helpful and minimal down time. Will rent from them again. Definitely reccomend.
Phone access was the useful detail here: managing the server without a PC felt genuinely manageable. The controls were easy enough to use, and the connection stayed reliable during play. That made it practical for a small group rather than something I had to babysit from a desk. The setup was straightforward too, with a fair price for the service.
Problem Solved quickly
