Looking at 51 reviews, most reviewers were very satisfied with the overall experience, consistent with the 4.8 average rating. Many highlight quick, helpful staff who assist with setup, mods, and server issues. Customers frequently describe the plans as affordable and performance as strong for the price, with many reporting smooth operation and good uptime. Reviewers also appreciate file access and customization, and some say staff increased their server resources....
However, a few customers report lag or crashes, sometimes tied to resource demands or their server setup. Some also describe billing-related service interruptions or unhelpful support, while a few find the panel or file-management process takes getting used to.

Once the server was running, it stayed responsive for the way I use it. I appreciate getting solid play without paying a premium; that balance matters more to me than a fancy dashboard. Setup wasn't a whole project, and the day-to-day has been pleasantly uneventful. That's exactly what I wanted from hosting.
I like being able to tune the server to suit what I'm running; the available controls feel flexible without getting in my way.
My server was having ram issues and they gave me a free upgrade to more ram and i also got more disk space
The server is up and I can change its files without fighting a locked-down setup, which matters more to me than a flashy panel. Adding the mods and datapacks I wanted felt flexible, and I like having room to manage things my own way. It took a little while to get comfortable with the interface, but that hasn't stopped me from using the options I need. Performance has been solid for my use, too. For an affordable host, this much freedom is a nice surprise, and I'd be dissapointed to go back to a more restricted setup.
Actually, one of the best servers hosting ever and I'm not overexaggerating, number 1, their customer service, one time my ram was overloading, and one staff gave my server additional ram which is that kind of level of customer service is 👌! Number 2. their price to performance ratio, in under 4 bucks you can have a server that can run with like 5 plugins and 10 players without lagging and you have full capability to your own server, SFTP, additional ports, etc etc.
Server works perfect, no lags, very customizeable. And a great support team 5/5
Eternal hosting has dirt cheap prices for their prices and is one of the best in the industry. From my 4 years of hosting Minecraft servers, Eternal by far has had the BEST customer support. Like, not even joking, the stuff the support team does is amazing and is one of the best I've seen in the industry. I've got to say I'm so happy I discovered this server host.
