Charge back that shit host.

I stopped using their services. Server is down for a whole week. They still charged me 300$. They refused to give me a refund so i decided to do a charge back from my creditcard.

Surf hosting got breached again

Surf hosting got breached again. Seems like a staff member with admin perms got ratted, causing the discord server to be completely nuked and possible data loss on the servers. This is unacceptable as a host, this is like their 3rd breach in a few months.

Extremely good customer service

Extremely good customer service, I had got a Minecraft server originally and my kids stopped using it entirely so I asked to switch it to a vps for the remainder of my service time and they instantly where there to help me, I recommend them for any server need you could need they WILL help you

They have terrible support and will randomly change prices without notifying you. The number of server crashes and issues is unacceptable. They are associated with doxxers and DDoS attackers.
