Glad it turned up
The parcel arrived as described, and the whole purchase was less nerve-racking than I expected. I was glad to find the item I'd been looking for, and it turned up in good time. The little address mix-up was sorted by the postie, so I ended up happy with it.

AVOID AT ANY COST
AVOID AT ANY COST. The company advertised and I ordered/pay for 2 Hy-Pro Licensed FIFA World Cup 2026 750ml Aluminum Water Bottles. However I only received a cheap plastic bottle (not aluminum) with a complete different design. The item reached me after 30 days so the company is hiding behind its 30 day return policy. Ended up paying for 2 plastic bottles for c. £40 and the company won't refund me. Those are pure misleading trading practices. The tag on the bottle clearly state "plastic" whilst the website clearly stated "aluminum". If I could put 0 star I would.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered on 20 Nov, now 2 Jan, its never arrived, all they do is sent tracking information, tracking stopped 15 Dec, they wont refund me either so Paypal is sorting this out.

Ordered a gift on the 29th November in time for Christmas and it still hasn't arrived. All I get is an email saying still in transit. Would not recommend using this company in the future.

Reluctant but it went well
I was reluctant, since I never heard of the site, it had middling reviews on here and it was a tricky to find item at a "too good to be true" price. I ordered with PayPal for buyer protection and to be honest, it wasn't that much money to lose on a gamble. To my relief, the item came within a couple of days! Exactly as described. I docked a star because the address was 8 instead of 9 somehow? I checked e-mails and it was 9 there so, must be manually inputted wrong. Luckily our postie knows whats up so it got delivered ok. Also the e-mails say "copyright 2023" and a few other things that look iffy, but I got what I paid for, so I'm happy.
