Still waiting on a refund

A refund request has gone unanswered for me. After waiting so long, I can't feel confident backing another project.

Nothing moved forward

The project stalled after I backed it, and I was asked to contribute more before anything would be sent. Updates then dried up, leaving me unsure whether the game would arrive at all. That lack of communication made the whole experience feel like a risk, and I wouldn't back another campaign from them.

Fraud and complete disrespect towards backers!

Almost 4 years ago, I backed "HEL: The Last Saga" by Mythic Games for approximately $241. Three years ago, I officially requested a refund long before it was known that this game will be sold to CMON. To this day, I have not received a single cent back. Instead of honoring their obligations to backers, Mythic Games prioritized other projects and withheld important updates for months – sometimes over a year. Now, the IP has simply been sold to another publisher. Mythic Games is shamelessly trying to escape any responsibility for the money they collected. Their behavior borders on systematic fraud and shows a shocking level of disrespect towards their backers. Mythic Games has not only completely destroyed the trust of its supporters but has also severely damaged its reputation in the board gaming community. Warning to everyone: Mythic Games is extremely untrustworthy and treats its backers with complete contempt. Stay away!

Attention arnaque

Des voleurs qui ne respectent pas leurs engagements et leurs clients. Ils font des kickstarter et ne livrent ni ne remboursent jamais. Ne tombez pas dans le panneau. Ils ne sont ni serieux ni respectueux de leurs clients. Fuyez pauvres foux !

The great Mythic Game swindle

Read all the one star reviews, they are 100% right. This is a scam company who fleece anyone who backs their Kickstarter campaigns. I regrettably backed their 6:Siege The Board Game, only to be told after the campaign had ended if I wanted to see the game I had to pay hundreds more or I would get nothing. Their customer services is a joke run by nasty people who basically laugh at you or ignore anything you say. I know I will never see this game or get my money back. So, if you are determined to deal with this company be prepared to be scammed and abused.
