A good place to buy from based on this transaction.

They actually took the time to remind me the item was now in stock. The purchase experience was painless and prices good. The items arrived very promptly and in good condition from a reputable carrier (ie. not Evri). Biggest complaint is the constant reminders to review.

A considerate check-in

The delivery check-in was a nice touch... I hadn't realised I'd missed the cutoff, so it was helpful to be asked whether the revised delivery plan worked for me. The parcel arrived without damage, and the whole thing felt considerate rather than automatic. A question I had beforehand also got useful advice, which made the purchase feel easier.
