Great firmware and genuinely helpful support

I’ve seen quite a few people complain about things like “bad support,” “slow replies,” or staff being dismissive, but I think some people forget that the people providing support have lives too. They aren’t personal assistants who can drop everything immediately whenever someone needs help. My experience has genuinely been 10/10. Turtle/T has been amazing and is always willing to help. Sometimes it might take a couple of hours to get a response, but that’s completely understandable — like I said, he has a life outside of support. The firmware itself is also great. It does get blocked fairly often, but the team is constantly working on updates and usually has backup firmware ready to go, which makes a huge difference. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience with both the product and the support.

typically a great firmware and hardware but...

typically a great firmware and hardware provider but after purchasing firmware i was declined a refund because they already paid the developer? im not sure how you can sell something that might not work without installation requirements and the firmware didnt bypass iommu as advertised. I then asked for a date for when there would be new firmware and they said it was unknown.
