Oh, I was pleased that the item matched its description. The parcel took a little longer than I would have liked, but everything else felt straightforward. I appreciated knowing where it was along the way, and I was happy with what arrived. The wait was the only small drawback.
All good, from start to finish, the postage was a bit too long though.
The price shown and the amount I was told to pay didn't match, which made the purchase feel off from the start. I asked about the offer, but was told the regular price applied. That kind of mismatch is hard to shrug off, and it left me unwilling to trust the listing.
Kept me upto date where my parcel was . Very pleased.
The earbuds arrived as a different, ordinary model... and the small refund offer did not fix it.
Towar zgodny z opisem. Moze troszkę za długo idzie ale poza tym wszystko ok
Product not as high quality/dimensional as expected
They use bait-and-switch selling tactics. I showed them twice where a product was on sale for %9.99, but they told me I had to pay the regular price of $16.99
Great experience!
Order 2 of their 1 TB usb drives for $17.99 each. Total for order with all the shipping and insurance charges the total was $46.89. Ordered on June 5th and today is July 13 and still no delivery. I have contacted them several times and used their suggested tracking company and I still do not have my package. Their tracking claims they delivered to my local USPS but aftert talking with USPS they recieved no package from them. Buyer be ware, not a reputable company to dop buisness with.
