Quick shipping of my KS pro, fast email replies
At first, I was happy to see that SimRacerZone apparently had the new KS Wheel and SRP2 pedals in stock, so I ordered there. After that, nothing happened for several days. The website chat did not work, and I had to follow up by email multiple times before getting a proper response. I was then told to wait again. To be fair, part of the order was eventually shipped by express, which I appreciate. The wheelbase and wheel arrived. However, the pedals still have not shipped. What bothers me most is that the pedals were shown as available, even with “only 1 left in stock”. That creates pressure to buy quickly, even though the item apparently was not actually in stock. Overall: poor communication, misleading stock information, and still an incomplete order.
