Great product, misleading FAQs, long delivery

Overall, I have to start by explaining how good the product is. I cannot fault it. It's fantastic, the feel and quality is great and can really transform the Logitech wheel. If this review was purely based on the product, it'd be 5/5. However, I have taken 2 stars away for the service. When ordering there was no information on lead time, other than on the FAQs which were clearly out of date as it suggested heavily next day was available. Once I ordered, it was clear this wasn't the case, and I think, just open communication up front would have set the expectations a little better. It took a little more than a month to arrive. Shortly after I ordered, I contacted them and there was then an update on the website to show the delayed timelines. It's not even that long, but it was just the incorrect setting of expectations. I checked the site this morning and I notice it has changed and the FAQs are no longer there. I think they could really help themselves with being honest with a guideline of time for delivery to the countries in which they do the most business, that way people aren't disappointed when it takes a month.
