Refund eventually received, but there was no explanation despite my messages. Left the whole thing feeling unresolved.

No way to reach anyone

No phone contact listed, and my messages about the unshipped order went unanswered. Hard to know what was happening.

No order and no support

I placed an order and waited without receiving any dispatch information. I emailed for an update but heard nothing, and the order was later refunded without a clear explanation. The lack of communication made the whole experience frustrating, so I would not use this service again.

Still waiting for a dispatch email, 10 days after ordering, it’s my sons bday today, so I emailed yesterday to say don’t bother sending it and to refund me, but haven’t had an acknowledgment of my email

Pointless ordering

Got refunded after a week with no communication from egamer even after contacting them via email and social media. Obviously didn’t have the game I ordered or the company is going down seems every review is the same.

No order received still!

Ordered game on 3rd Jan. Still waiting for it to arrive. Emailed twice, heard nothing. Sent message on Instagram, heard nothing. No telephone number on website. Annoying. Have tracked order, says ordered, not shipped. I don’t mind things being delayed, it’s the lack of communication that winds me up. If I’d had a message just explaining, sorry order delayed, it wouldn’t be a problem but no communication at all is very frustrating! And no telephone number to call is also frustrating. I just want to speak to someone!

Ordered and paid for something-not received

Ordered and paid for something, didn’t receive anything. Waited a few days as was a code that was ment to be sent. Emailed and asked where it was, heard nothing back and then a few days later receive an email to say have been refunded with no explanation or reply to previous email. Refund is still not showing in account!!
