A frustrating gap after the purchase. The handheld arrived, but I found issues with its condition, and getting help afterward was the harder part. My messages took a long time to get a useful response, leaving me unsure what could be done. Not a complete disaster, just not an experience that felt properly supported.
The tracking page stayed useless, and getting a straight answer took too much effort. NOT reassuring.
I paid for an item that was never shipped, and getting a refund became my responsibility. Communication was poor, with no useful tracking or clear updates. I eventually had to rely on payment protection to recover my money. This experience left me feeling that ordering elsewhere would have been the safer choice.
Literal trash company. They charged me and never shipped the item. I had to fight through paypal to get a refund. Literally buy the thing you want from anywhere else, unless you like getting scammed.
I order a pre loaded raspberry pi SD card of games. 69 days later and I’m still waiting for a tiny SD card. Twice they said it was sent out for delivery. May and end of June ? But they won’t offer to give you a tracking number.
Ordered a 10 dollar screen replacement in 2021. It's now 2022. An email chain back and forth between and they swear to god they couldn't ship since the order had the"wrong address". I double checked the details and it was exactly the right address many overseas sellers had no issue sending packages to. I replied to them the exact same address as in the order. A month later they sent an email back saying they will ship it. That was in Feb 2022. I still haven't gotten it. It's just a screen replacement. Stay away from this company.
Purtroppo visto il prezzo allettante ho acquistato su retromimi una console RG350 in bundle con custodia e microsd da 32gb aggiuntiva il 28 dicembre. Dopo qualche giorno di silenzio invio la prima mail per sapere quando spediscono,dopo qualche giorno mi rispondono che l’articolo acquistato e out of stock (ancora oggi sul sito risulta disponibile è acquistabile….) e se voglio devo aspettare una settimana per il nuovo stock, rispondo di sì e attendo… Passati altri 5 giorni mi contattano dicendo che la custodia non è disponibile e se volevo avrebbero spedito prima la console e poi la custodia, rispondo va bene…. Passati altri 5 giorni (totale 15 giorni) nessuna risposta o conferma di spedizione,veramente pessima azienda,meno male che ho pagato con paypal e richiederò il rimborso totale in questi giorni se ancora non spediscono. Per adesso sconsiglio assolutamente di acquistare da questo sito ,se dovessero spedire aggiorno la mia recensione. Per retromimi.con il mio ordine è numero #43148 ATTENDO VOSTRA SPEDIZIONE!!! Quindi ricapitolando,da migliorare solo la comunicazione,le tempistiche alla fine considerando che acquistiamo dalla Cina sono più che normali,acquistato il 28 dicembre e ricevuto il 19 gennaio. Prezzo davvero ottimo e introvabile online,quindi consiglio acquistare su questo sito,pagate con paypal per sicurezza e andate sicuro. Grazie retromimi per la splendida console ricevuta.
Made my order weeks ago, the tracking information they provided doesn't work and is not even identified by the delivery service they use. Poor communication with this company. Do yourself a favour an open a dispute as soon as your tracking information doesn't work. They will tell you it will take a few days due to update due to covid and things taking longer. China is over covid now, that is bs. Do not pay with a credit card, use PayPal. I'm suspect of the positive reviews on here too.
I haven't had the negative experiences that others had on this site. I've purchased two consoles, one in May and one coming soon. The first was a PocketGo, and every email I sent to retromimi was answered within a day or two. It took a while for it to ship, about a month, but then it arrived within a few weeks after. The second is a LDK system, and they answered my email and shipped the same day, within two days of ordering. That makes up for the time it took before, in my opinion! I'll knock off a star because the PocketGo was listed in stock, but they told me it was on backorder (hence the time it took). I also can't really compliment the website. I mean, they have a banner with a picture of Santa Claus on it year round, making the company look a little out of touch. However, I'm happy to report that they do communicate and ship in the time you'd expect a Chinese company to.
Ordered on April 4th, It's May 31st now. No reply from their customer service. Luckily I paid with paypal, if I had used my credit card I'd probably never get a refund.
