Bought new adidas ear buds but didn’t realise they were faulty until I’d had them 4 weeks. They won’t refund without the box but this is incorrect under UK law, especially as I’m happy with an exchange rather than refund. They weren’t expensive as were reduced, but it’s the principle here.
Sold a game as new, game was US copy not UK/EU so incompatible, and had been opened and resealed, the shrink wrap was not the original Nintendo shrink wrap but their own, and with a sticker on the back.
I wish I had checked here before ordering from them on Amazon. Unfortunately, they can blame all 1 star ratings on Amazon and not have it count towards their seller rating, giving them a very dishonest rating of 4.9/5 or 99%. The seal on my Playstation 5 box was broken and the game voucher that should have come in the box was missing. Game is worth 79,99 EUR so no small issue. Contacted EVERGAME after Amazon directed me there and they just completely blew me off, saying Amazon handles the shipping so they are responsible. Of course, Amazon says the seller is responsible, but they at least offered me a full refund upon a return while EVERGAME was completely unhelpful.
They sold the Gloomhaven board game with lots of missing integral parts. Cannot get hold of the company.
Awful. I ordered an Xiaomi lamp from this UK company, which they were selling on Amazon.es. They sent me the wrong item, something much inferior in value which is of no use to me. They refused to take responsibility for resolving the situation, as did Amazon, who refer me back to the seller. I have lost my money forever.
I bought a Nintendo Switch game from them. They say ''NEW'', but it wasn't, the game was opened with damage... Not Recommended.

I ordered a copy of Battlefield V for PS4 through Evergame on the GAME marketplace on GAMEs website. They sent me a Polish copy rather than a UK one. They then refused to take it back or refund me. Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. DO NOT DEAL WITH EVERGAME. THEY ARE CRIMINALS
Absolutely abysmal company. Applied for a job here and was told it is "company policy" to only take staff with a driving licence.... bearing in mind this was for a Warehouse position ???? If this is how it is to work there, imagine how bad the business is. . . AVOID.
