I bought a ps4 controller from this…

I bought a ps4 controller from this company, package came in little to num bubble wrap and crumbled up papers along side my controller, was happy it arrived until they sent me a unfixed and uncleaned controller, that doesn't work, these people needa go outta business, selling broken controllers and scamming for money😡

Ordered a piano black PSP 3000 and they gave me a blue one. I also ordered it to come with a case and they didnt even give me the right case, they gave me a psp vita case. Dont bother buying anything from them 👎

To force regional software compatibility, an uncertified third party manually cut the internal physical plastic cartridge slot tray. not what i ordered

i received the wrong system after waiting for shipment, and the condition was worse than advertised. My attempts to get help went unanswered, so I cannot recommend this seller.

SCAMMERS

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT buy from this seller Retro Fam. Described the item as converted to US settings and sent a Japanese region locked console. Condition was "used" at best but described as "like new". Called customer service and they had no resolution except to learn Japanese. Again DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER RETRO FAM. REPORTING to the BBB. Scam company.

If were possible Zero stars would be…

If it were possible, Zero stars would be more accurate. Needed to return a Christmas item. Tried several times absolutely no response. Then suddenly after the 30 return policy expired they reached out stating some type of issue. Still did not honor their policy even though they were MIA during the 30 day period. They are scammers. Dont waste your time or money on them. We always try to support small businesses. Shame on us.

Great system just not what i ordered.

Ordered a 3dsxl, i got a tracking number but the order was never shipped! Finally after 15 days it was actually shipped. I got the 3dsLL not xl. But was in great condition and will work for what i need. Three stars because shipping was bs and was sent an LL not XL

I ordered a Nintendo 3DS with two games…

I ordered a Nintendo 3DS with two games and only a dirty nasty 3ds showed up. To this day, I’m still waiting on those two games. I have called them for a refund and I have not gotten any response.
