Access didn't last

Access didn't last. I eventually couldn't get back into the game, and the login details no longer worked. Trying to sort it out went nowhere, leaving me with nothing I could use. I only wanted the game to remain available, not a drawn-out problem.

Disappointing experience

Disappointing experience This was my first purchase from this website, after a friend recommended it to me. Unfortunately, the account provided did not work, and I couldn't even log in to it on my PS5. I contacted support and explained the situation, but instead of offering a refund, they offered to remotely activate the product. By that point, I no longer needed the games because I had originally bought them to play with my friends the previous night. I understand that there are refund policies, but in my opinion, customer trust and satisfaction should also matter, especially when the product could not be used in the first place. The amount was not the main issue for me. What matters is how a company handles a problem when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience has made me unlikely to purchase from this website again. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its approach to situations like this.
