Company allows scam sellers and doesn't care

This company knowingly allows sellers to post accounts that have Russian scam/phishing sites as their email address hosts. I bought a gaming account on here and the Seller sent me the info, with the login for email being blocked by my Antivirus as a Phishing site and would not allow me to access it. When I requested a refund the IGVault customer service said they saw no fault with it even though I showed mutliple screen shots showing that it was popping up warnings as a "phishing" site and several complains on Reddit of having a reputation of gaming account sellers claiming the accounts back after selling them to customers, they denied my refund twice. This is a terrible company to buy gaming accounts from. Have purchased accounts from other sites and never had an issue, but I'll be filing a chargeback and never doing business here again. Also there is obviously a lot of PAID FAKE REVIEWS on trust pilot because all you have to do is Google IGVault and their actual Google reviews are terrible, less than 2 stars total. Scam company!
