About a week after I bought an account for nintendo switch the i had to relog into the account and the Password was changed. Incontacted support who asked me for a video and then stopped replying to me, now they are ghosting me for 2 days. do not buy

ordered a Nintendo product from PSNaccount through Gamivo 5 days ago, and I have received absolutely nothing—no code, no update, and customer support has been completely unresponsive. After 5 days of silence, Gamivo had to step in and issue a refund because PSNaccount completely ignored them too. This is a massive waste of time and money. If you want your items delivered in a reasonable timeframe, stay far away from PSNaccount! Your reply is totally wrong. The chat was closed from your side, and when I raised a ticket 5 days ago, you never replied once. I was able to live chat with Gamivo without issue, but you INTENTIONALLY closed the chat every time I will make sure to share this review on every possible website with evidence ( screenshots + email of tickets and proof chat was closed from your side
