Dodgy product keys

Dodgy product keys, third party rubbish, the chances of getting banned on your own device is highly likely, not worth the risk.

Scam - avoid at all costs

If I could give this company 0 starts I would. It's a complete scam, impossible to activate the game and a long process to even attempt it. Just so dodgy and currently refusing to issue a refund despite not being able to activate the game for over 2 weeks. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They sell products they don't have to give you, I bought a game code for my daughters birthday. 10 days later and running out of time before the birthday still no code to give me? If a physical product I understand but not a code. I explained it was for a birhday and only a few days to go, and their stance is. NO REFUND as they ONLY REFUND if they can't deliver! No empathy to the situation from IRENE in customer service; didn't reply the first time I asked for the refund. They are happy for a child to potentially not get a birthday present that was bought well in advance under the promise of 'quick delivery' to keep £20, even though they are selling things they can't deliver, absolute disgrace,

Be aware

Be aware! DATA FARMING SITE! This is a scam site.But it seems that people are mainly aware of this, so my bad for not checking Trustpilot before buying. Yeah, they say they are selling digital licenses but in fact, they sell ONLY fale accounts that you need to install on your console and make the primary account, giving them acess to all your data. This is a scam site. And if you ask for a refund, they you just say no. So money lost. PLEASE AVOID. This is just a data farming site.

They did not sell me a digital key

They did not sell me a digital key, instructions included after purchase involved the creation of a new account, once I realised I have been refused a refund even though I have not seen or activated a code. Avoid at all costs

Abysmal customer service

Upon realising it was an online game company and reading the refund policy stating at managers discretion. I had wrongfully purchased a game and within one hour I requested a refund to which I was given a reply stating it wasn't their problem.

Account not a licence/key for the games

Their website says they are selling digital licence/key for games but they require you to setup a new account, nowhere is this specified. They advertise delivery in minutes but it took nearly a week to complete the order. Their customer service did respond in a timely fashion.

I had similar issues like everyone…

I had similar issues like everyone else. I thought I was getting a key but was told to make a shared account. I told them I will dispute the charge if I don’t get a refund. Just terrible
