I got a refund after 3 weeks

I got a refund after 3 weeks. They didn't know that my order was stuck in the delivery center for a week. Needed to push with extra email as reminder to process the refund, since I got another email that my order has been returned to them, but it was taking another week. I ordered on a Saturday 4/9. I got the refund a 30/9. Their emails dont make sence. The situation differs of the emails I was getting. There's not much control over the packages after being given to delivery company. Their last email to me was like I bothered them. I say, if I hadn't send the reminder email I would be getting refund middle of October.

Beste service wat ik heb ervaren.

De service van dit bedrijf is echt top. Ik heb helaas problemen gehad met meerderen vervangende LCD’s voor mijn DS Lite. Na contact op te nemen kreeg ik al de volgende dag een reactie, met meteen een oplossing. De top-LCD voor de DS Lite kan ik niet aanraden, maar het bedrijf erachter is echt top.
