Disappointing experience

Disappointing experience This was my first purchase from this website, after a friend recommended it to me. Unfortunately, the account provided did not work, and I couldn't even log in to it on my PS5. I contacted support and explained the situation, but instead of offering a refund, they offered to remotely activate the product. By that point, I no longer needed the games because I had originally bought them to play with my friends the previous night. I understand that there are refund policies, but in my opinion, customer trust and satisfaction should also matter, especially when the product could not be used in the first place. The amount was not the main issue for me. What matters is how a company handles a problem when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience has made me unlikely to purchase from this website again. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its approach to situations like this.

Ne sait jamais acheté sur ce site, c’est une arnaque ! On vous envoie des codes qui ne fonctionne pas, aucun service après-vente. Les messages WhatsApp ou mail restent sans réponse. À fuir absolument.

Ya he avisado que han abierto otras webs iguales, consogame.com es lo mismo, avise en Truspilot, pero me tratan de mentiroso, me piden pruebas de todo tipo cuando todo el mundo sabe que estas webs de ventas de cuentas de juegos para Play Station son SCAM. TRUSTPILOT: Se esta perdiendo la confianza de su autoridad teniendo sitios web como este con excelente reputación cuando todo el mundo sabe cuál es su negocio.

Liebe Leute von Trustpilot, ICH GLAUB ES HACKT! Überprüft ihr Meldungen gar nicht? Das, was ich alles über die BETRÜGER von psngames.org geschrieben habe, ist wahr und 100% belegbar!!! Und schaut euch mal andere Bewertungen über diese BETRÜGER an. Das hat komischerweise nicht gestört??? Wenn so viele Leute davon berichten, dann solltet ihr mal überlegen, warum das so ist. Oder kann man jetzt selbst Trustpilot nicht mehr trauen? Stellt die Bewertung wieder her, oder ihr hört von meinem Anwalt! Bis die Bewertung wiederhergestellt wurde, kopiere ich sie hier nochmal rein. PS: Die selbe BETRÜGERFIRMA zieht die selbe Masche jetzt unter dem Namen Buygames ab! ------------------------------------------------------------ BE WARNED! SCAMMERS DEAL WITH STOLEN ACCOUNTS!!!!! Bought two games from those scammers and I am waiting for about two months now for one of them. Contacted support several times, most times they said I must be patient. After I was raging a bit and told them I want my money back, that I contact PayPal for buyers protection they offered me another game for the same price because the other game wasn't in stock anymore. At first I thought it was a good Idea but after several weeks still no game. Btw the other game I bought stopped working very quick. As I tried to log on, I was always logged off and soon after that the game stopped working because I think the real account owner saw what was going on, changed the password... They obviously sell stolen accounts. I contacted PayPal for buyers protection, reported the site to Sony and I will expose them on Youtube. BE WARNED, DON'T BUY!!!!!

Truffa sia per il cliente che per gli utenti

Il sito è stato reinderizzato ad una pagina sony, per cui bene così. Però nel caso tornasse con altri domini statene alla larga.. Gli account sono palesemente rubati nonostante loro ed il loro sito affermino il contrario. Appena scoperto la manovra ho provveduto ad eliminare gli account.
