Reviewers describe predicting football match scores across different leagues. They mention using tactics and knowledge of teams, earning points, and comparing results on leaderboards.

Is the game easy to learn?

Many reviewers find it intuitive or easy to follow. One reviewer says the game has complex elements but describes the tutorials and learning curve positively, so some players may need time to learn its mechanics.

Do players have to spend money on every prediction?

Some reviewers say they could make predictions without spending money on each one, while others mention buying a Pookyball as part of the game. These are individual reviewer experiences, not a guarantee about current costs or access.

Yes. Some reviewers mention prizes, tokens, or cryptocurrency rewards linked to predictions and game progress. Their comments describe potential rewards, not guaranteed earnings.

What do reviewers say about the player community?

Some players describe the community as friendly and say they enjoyed playing with friends. A few also praise communication with developers, though one reviewer reports receiving no response to messages about a problem.

Have reviewers reported problems?

A small number report issues: one describes a purchase and predictions disappearing, fees during restoration, and unanswered messages. Another reports a manufacturing defect in a wall light and dissatisfaction with the resolution offered after it was installed.

More than a score guess

Following more leagues made me pay closer attention to how teams play; the predictions have a nice bit of strategy to them.

A fun score-picking challenge

What a satisfying little test of football instincts. Picking exact scores gives matches I might otherwise just watch a bit more to think about, and the leaderboard adds a fun nudge to keep at it. Some learning at first, but the core idea clicks quickly. A nice bit of match-day focus.

Beware

We have bought a lot of lighting from Pooky and have been really impressed with the service and the quality, up until now that is. We purchased the Double Chukka wall light recently. When the electrician installed the light we realised the light had one arm longer than the other (a manufacturing defect). It was not obvious until the light was on the wall. Pooky refused the replace the item because it had been fitted and offered a 20% refund. We now need to purchase a replacement which is extremely disappointing. Up until now we were vocal advocates for Pooky, but not anymore. Make sure you check your items thoroughly for any defects before you install.

Lucas lamps

I bought a pair of green Lucas lamps for bedside tables. Absolutely beautiful colour plus they're quite tall for a table lamp so very elegant. Topped with Empire shades in cream card with bronze tape. These give off a lovely golden glow but still bright enough to read by. Gorgeous!
