Find another buyer

I can confirm some of the negative reviews about their misleading practices. They initially give a high estimate, such as $ 150- $ 300, but after you send your items, they return a drastically lower quote of $79 and present it as a take-it-or-leave-it offer. When I asked why the quote changed, they didn't try to justify it. I didn’t even bother asking for my items back because, from the reviews, I learned they don’t return your belongings even if you agree to pay a $25 fee. I would do some serious research and find another buyer or just post it on Marketplace or eBay.

We found dkoldies to be a good company

We sold our video games and systems to dkoldies. Their website was easy to navigate and the process was seamless. We were promptly paid the full quoted amounts. If the items sent had been found to have problems, we were prepared for quote adjustments, but that didn’t happen on any of the 5 quotes. We were paid fair prices. Thanks dkoldies!

Better luck finding good condition games and consoles in a dumpster

Seriously, avoid this place at all costs. Their so-called 'refurbished' consoles are full of dirt and hair. Just go on ebay or mercari if you're on the market for video game systems.

DO NOT SELL TO THEM

DO NOT SELL TO THEM. Sent in working PS3 and Wii with collection of games. Offered me $170 for everything. Then they tell me my items I used a week before are unusable. Paid me only $74 and won’t send my items back. Didn’t ask if that amount is ok just paid it and won’t return anything. I had better offers than $74 before selling but sold because they offered $170. Now I’m out money because they won’t even let me pay for the shipping back and to return the money. Total scam

They say they test their games and they have a guarantee that they work but when I received a copy of the bouncer on PS2 it did not work on the several PlayStation 2 that I tested it on in order to receive my money back i have to pay a $26 fee to return the game the game was $56
