Awful customer service in recent august…

Awful customer service in recent august 2 i pre ordered a ps5 game that was released in august 27 and until today after so many emails to they keep trying to say there is a delay with the delivery company although its 3 months since its release date and they know they lost it...first time and last time i order from vgp....beware do not buy from them!!!!!

They take WAY too long to ship order…

They take WAY too long to ship order with only “suggested” time frames. Witch would Not be an issue if they ACTUALLY REFUNDED! They only give store credit back. So far I still have 2 orders and both of them havnt come in, one of them is from like 6 months ago and another from 2 months ago.

Some customer support staff are not…

Some customer support staff are not helpful at all and does not answer my questions. Q: Approximately when will this item be back in stock A: We don't know Ridiculous! Other places are able to at least give me an ETA or approximate month at the very least!

Zero issues ordering internationally

Lots of reviews here suggesting they aren't reliable for international orders. I'm in Ireland, and having ordered 28 games across 10 orders from them over the last couple of months, I've had zero issues.
