really frustrating

really frustrating to get a cancellation notice and then still see the payment taken. i expected the order to be stopped, but instead i was left trying to work out what had happened. that uncertainty was the worst part; a clear update would have made this much less stressful.

This company is a total disgrace to the gaming industry plus a disgrace to Onbuy customers. Offer games do not respond to messages They did not send out the item, even though they said they said they did. I managed to contact customer services on Onbuy and they also confirm there was no tracking number and I contacted Royal Mail and Evri who stated there is no tracking number. I believe Offer Games are scammers because I sent them so many messages and they never reply Except once stating this is the first time I’ve seen the messages which is a load of crap Good job I paid by PayPal cause I know I’m 100% covered. You’re also 100% covered with Onbuy They stayed 10 days delivery, but you don’t get it in 10 days. If you do then you are the lucky one.. I also requested, they cancel the order the day I placed it because I wanted a Nintendo switch OLED. The one purchase was no OLED hence why I requested to cancel the order but they file to do so. That would save a lot of aggravation if they just cancel the order so I can re-purchase the correct one or sent me a payment link to pay the difference but they couldn’t be bothered to do that. Very, very, very poor customer service and I recommend to stay away from and let them go down the pan Onbuy search step up to the mark and read the negative feedback and stop this company selling on their platform. I bought a few things on Onbuy and I’ve never had any problems except now. Every time I purchased on Onbuy and I reached out to the sellers. They responded in quick, reasonable time except Offer Games.

Bought a game in 2023 release date was changed to 2/2/2024. Never recieved the game which was a present for my nephew. Nearly £50 down the drain 😩
