Didn't receive all my order

Order a pokemon tin and blister after 4 working days of no contact with me I contacted them to ask why it wasn't dispatched to be told they can't find the tin and can ship the blister now I got the blister but then 2 days later I contact them to ask about the tin .they still couldn't find it then I asked for a refund which they then refunded me for the blister instead of the tin which I then had to correct them on . Absolute hassle wouldn't bother buying from here again .

Have made 2 separate recent purchases from The game Collection, first one came the next day and my second was a pre order game and it was dispatched and arrived on the day of release. Everything was well packaged and arrived on time and no damages. It’s easy to find what you want on their site and ordering is easy. You also earn loyalty points which can be used to get discounts on your next purchases. I really do only tend to buy from this company as I love a physical disc.

A niche game was in stock, which saved me more searching. The price was a welcome bonus.
