I’ve used a few times always managed to remove my exclusion though online chat with a code!! But Craig on live chat told me today it can only be done through phone call!!! Funny that I’ve never had to phone even though they are lying and saying I have! I’m sure I still have the previous emails of my last restriction being removed through live chat and email so now they make up new rules and lie! I WONT BE USING AGAIN FOR THAT REASON AND YOU ONLY GET 24 hours to use that code or they don’t remove it 😂 place is a sham I went to them and now they are trying to stop me removing my restriction! Jokers!!!

Are by far the most disgraceful company, how is anyone allowed to keep all your personal data and just make their own rules how is that helpful to anyone when mental health is such a big issue they complety ignore it and clearly don't make anything other than personal satisfaction from it

if i could put zero stars i would

if i could put zero stars i would , this is a con , they say there's a time frame you can quit for 6 months for a break but signing up to GamStop will leave you with a perma ban on most cassinos in the UK after signing up i cant get back with any of the well known cassinos they are too scared of being sued for taking advantage of venerable players , which was never mentioned with GamStop
