the item felt worth choosing

the quality of the item was what stayed with me. it matched the description, arrived in good condition, and felt worth choosing rather than merely being the cheaper option. the service was efficient too, so there wasn't much to make a meal of. for a games purchase, that combination made the experience reassuring without needing anything elaborate. i was happy with what turned up and with the standard of the product itself. that is the part i care about most when ordering something for a bit of downtime. just a solid item that did what i expected.

Seems they have GONE OUT OF BUSINESS…

Seems they have GONE OUT OF BUSINESS yet still taking orders. My order that I paid for never ARRIVED (listed as in stock and arriving in 3 days), no reply to my emails, the contact form on their website isn't working. There have been no updates to any of their social media accounts since August 2022, when they were active on it prior to this. There is a phone number but it is engaged at all hours, I called numerous times including out of hours and always engaged. Very suspicious. I will be informing trading standards etc, this place should be shut down. No order and no communication. Big SCAM avoid at all costs. I've never had this happen before. One call to the number and its engaged. DO NOT USE!!!!

Made a order on 28th September, got email confirmation, next thing I know order cancelled no notification, no explanation, doesn’t answer emails, phone constantly busy. Would not recommend, trash company, take your money else where.

DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE! I only took a chance as they had a PayPal option and thank god I did. They messaged after taking my money to say they had over committed on stock and they would have to refund me. After 5 days of my PayPal payment still pending I phoned PayPal to me told they were not able to get the money back from this company but because of their protection policy they refunded me while I waited on the phone. Again do not use!

Communication non existent

Communication from / to G2G is non existent. Contact numbers are always closed. Emails sent no answer. So if you want to contact them forget it. Saying that the postage was very good. Mind you I did pay for it.
