Really disappointing - it was listed as new, but the case was damaged and the disc showed clear signs of use.

A real letdown

Honestly, this was a real letdown. The game never turned up, and trying to get a clear answer went nowhere. Payment seemed to be the easy part; getting either the item or a useful response was not. I expected a basic update when things went wrong, but was left guessing.

New on the listing

New on the listing; used-looking on arrival. The case was cracked and the disc visibly marked, which made the whole purchase feel like a gamble. I expected a clean copy, not something that looked as though it had already had a life. It also took far too long, and when I needed help there was no useful response. I wouldn't risk another order.

The worst game shop ever

Shi-tty eshop offering brand new games although actually it is preowned. I made two orders in 2010 with Tomb RAider 4+5 and THPS4 for Ps1. They stated these games are in "new" condition but when i got that stuff almost two months later it came in cracked jewel cases and Cds were markably scratched. I was so angry, An Awfull experience indeed.

Stephen Staley is a crook!

I pre-ordered Anthem back in September, only to find they have gone into liquidation and took my money with them. This has put me off pre-orders forever!
