left with questions after the shops shut. I couldn't get an answer about what was happening, and learning they'd stopped trading made the whole experience feel especially bleak.

A warranty dead end

A faulty controller left me chasing help, but the shop had closed and nobody answered when I tried the office. I couldn't get a clear explanation of how to sort the warranty issue, so the whole thing just stalled. Being left with no next step was the most frustrating part.

No clear answer

No dispatch notice, no useful reply... Paid for a pre-order, then release day passed without the game arriving. Messages and emails went unanswered, leaving me chasing an update and unable to recieve a clear answer. The low price was not worth the stress, and I would avoid ordering online.

Just to let the people who are trying to contact Grainger over pre-orders, PS4 breakdowns etc, Grainger have gone bankrupt, the head office called all stores and told their managers to cease trading and close.

Unfortunately they’ve done a runner with nearly £150 of my money and I’ve not received my items. I’ve made various attempts to contact them unsuccessfully therefore I am being forced to start a chargeback process with my bank to try and get my money back.
