A quick reply to my question... that was the part I appreciated most. The purchase itself was straightforward, and delivery was fast; I had no trouble using what I bought. The price felt reasonable too, so getting this sorted took less effort than I expected, for me.
The range caught my eye, and the prices felt fair. Nice to have plenty to browse in one place.
The annual subscription was cancelled after only 10 days. The seller kept delaying and promising a refund, but stopped communicating once 30 days had passed. As a result, PayPal rejected my claim because it was submitted after the 30-day deadline. Don’t waste your time with ORBIX—their prices may look attractive, but there is no guarantee that the service will continue working or that you will get your money back.

I purchased a yearly subscription, but the service has been very unreliable. Some months it works, and other months my subscription disappears completely. At first, customer support would reply and fix the issue, although it usually took around two weeks. Now they do not respond at all. Very disappointing experience and a waste of money. I would not recommend this service.
Labai nusivyliau aptarnavimu. Kreipiausi dėl FIFA (EA) paskyros problemos ir parašiau per „Discord“, tačiau jau praėjo daugiau nei 2 savaitės, o atsakymo praktiškai nėra. Tik vieną kartą sulaukiau atsakymo, o po to – visiška tyla. Buvau detaliai paaiškinęs visą situaciją, tačiau darbuotojas, panašu, net neskaitė ankstesnių žinučių ir vėl klausė, kokia problema, nors visa informacija buvo išsiųsta dar prieš savaitę. Prašiau grąžinti pinigus, tačiau iki šiol negavau nei pinigų grąžinimo, nei jokios informacijos apie situaciją. Komunikacija praktiškai neegzistuoja – į žinutes tiesiog neatsakoma. Labai prastas klientų aptarnavimas. Tikiuosi, kad ateityje bendravimas su klientais bus gerokai profesionalesnis, nes tokia patirtis tikrai nuvilia.

What a cheap and trusty site ; though for first time, i recommend acquiring not a full year subscription, for e.g., spotify, but like a 3 or 6 months one. Eitherways no problem and always fast delivery !

Sumokėjau pinigus, bet realiai negavau jokios veikiančios paslaugos. Tai atrodo kaip rimta sistemos problema, kuri, panašu, nėra sprendžiama. Klientas lieka be paslaugos ir be aiškaus sprendimo. Jokios operatyvios pagalbos ar realaus problemos sutvarkymo. Labai nerekomenduoju pirkti per šią platformą, kol ši problema nėra išspręsta. Rizikuojate sumokėti už paslaugą, kuria negalėsite naudotis.
