I am a secondary teacher and utilize…

I am a secondary teacher and utilize Geoguessr/Seterra to study countries, capitals and flags. Last year they ran an ad to join ICE and this year they are running and ad for ED! I have reported both and received a non-answer answer, if you know what I mean. Their reply comes in at 3am and immediately 1 minute later they close the report due to ¨not hearing back from you¨. Well, I am not reading emails at 3am. I know this site is widely used k-12 and I cannot believe they are running such an ad.

Fun runs into a wall

A few rounds in, free play ran into a wall, and the game stopped being much fun. I don't mind a limit now and then, but it feels like the only way to keep playing is to pay. That turns a clever little geography game into a frustrating experience.

I will never use it again - I felt trapped

Trapped me in a subscription that is really hard to get out of. On a separate account, charged me an annual subscription I never wanted. They never returned the money despite multiple requests. What would YOU call a business that does that?
