DOGSHIT CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I have screenshots of the game not working. IT crashes every time I open it. If you are wondering I bought GTA 5 LEGACY. I opened the logs and I saw that it needs to be launched from Rockstar Games Launcher. I contacted customer support and they replied an hour later every time. They said that they needed my account id and I showed it. They send me a link whit the text that I need to download the patch so the game can work. Every thing looked normal, I downloaded every thing and decided to check for viruses in VirusTotal AND THEN I SEE 7 FREAKING TROJANS. I contacted customer support again and they said that they need something like 12 hours to reply. I waited 12 hour then it turned into a day that turned into 2 days. I was angry and then saw that the sent me the exact same link but it was an SECOND option the first one was a zip file THAT WAS 27.6MB( if you don't know that like so little for a patch but the perfect for a malware) and when I download it it said that brave blocked it because it is suspicious, I said to my self that it can happen sometimes but downloaded it. THE SEOND that it finished downloading GUEST FREAKING WHAT malwarebytes real time protection found I was going to extract it and it was GG. I didn't even get to see what was in it with virustotal i speed run this uninstall button. NEVER USING THIS BULLSHIT THING AGAIN IN MY LIFE

This platform used to be fine, but now I do not know how to describe it. They are so incompetent; their services are so poor. They are pissing me off so much that I'm starting to have headaches. I'm a content creator, guys, and I do walkthrough. I have been recommending this SPL2W to everyone who watches my video, but now I have to do another video to tell them to stay away from these people. Nothing works just fine. All the time we have a problem. You can be playing the game, then suddenly the game fails, log you out, or sometimes the app launcher just asks you to repair files, which you can even do like 10 times. They are asking you to disable the antivirus and firewall, which will leave your computer completely unprotected and give you a bunch of instructions which are really going to annoy you. You will even ask yourself if it was really worth your time. but are still not working. And on top of that, Onimusha: Way of the Sword came out, but in this PL2W they cannot even adjust a little thing like the release date. They are telling us to wait until next week because the initial release date was on the 24th of September. Imagine, guys, next week to play the game that was released yesterday. Imagine you are a content creator and you have to deal with nonsense. Games are so cheap here because the service is so bad. So WATCH OUT!!
