No way back in

Really frustrating: after a PC update, Steam Guard left me unable to access the account, and the bot wasn't useful.

A separate account

A separate account instead of a key. I expected to use the game on my usual setup, so having to switch accounts was a letdown.

The steamguard system bricks after some…

The steamguard system bricks after some time leaving you unable to login to the account you bought the game on, therefore meaning you cannot access the account anymore. I updated my PC and i wanted to play the game i bought through this. Sadly i was only met with the worst AI slop of a bot basically being useless. and being unable to play the game.

Takes forever to arrive but easy to access.

I bought an account form G2A. I got redirected to this site. I got told to wait 5 minutes until they 'prepare' my account, and if I have any problems contact customer support. There was no customer support (there was a bot who didn't reply). After waiting 2 hours nothing happened. I ended up getting the account and Ican only tell one good thing about GetMyAcc: they activate the account in your region so you can add the game to your family sharing library. Not the best experience I ever had but not the worst.

Neuer Account statt Steam-Code...

Ich habe ein Spiel über "Gameseal" gekauft, Red Dead Redemption 2: Ultimate Edition, es hies, dass ich einfach einen Steam-Code bekomme, dann habe ich den Link von "gemyacc.com" bekommen. Einmal draufgeklickt, habe ich einen neuen Account bekommen und keinen Steam-Code. Der Account ist auch noch eingeschränkt und ich kann zwar das Spiel spielen, allerdings muss ich jetzt jedes Mal den Account wechseln. Entweder, man sagt, dass man direkt einen Account bekommt oder man stellt einfach die Codes bereit.

No game key, just a new account

I purchased a game, expecting to get a game key. What I got was another Steam account with the game on it. It was not explicitly stated that you get a new account, and can't use the game on you existing account!

Order 25879 jeux acheté sur le site, je demande un remboursement 5 minutes aprés sans meme avoir lancé le jeux. Impossible de se faire remboursé pas de geste commercial a fuir, ne surtout pas vous lancer sur ce site d'escro !!!
