Charges kept coming

One week paid for; then the subscription kept renewing. My request for the extra charges back was refused, which left me pretty frustrated.

Still couldn't watch on TV

The stream kept failing when I tried to watch, and the app only worked on my phone rather than the television I wanted to use. Getting errors instead of the game made the subscription pointless; asking for help did not make the problem go away for me.

Only paid for one week of watch AFL and…

Only paid for one week of watch AFL and ended up having an ongoing subscription. When I asked to be reimbursed for the wasted weeks that I’ve been charged and haven’t used they said it wasn’t possible. Terrible customer service and satisfaction from this team. Won’t be using again. Do not recommend

I’m having to go through ACCC for a refund…

Oh my god do not pay for this horrible service. Mine basically buffered came up with error messages. When I tried contacting them for a refund they told me they couldn’t do it because “terms and conditions”. Then they charged me a second time 1.5 weeks after I subscribed… on accident? I’ve been emailing back and forth trying to get my refund. Having to involve the ACCC now. Don’t do it, these guys suck.

Wankers

Paid way too much to subscribe only for there to be an error every time I go to watch, when I asked for refund they said they knew the issue and will immediately fix it, they didn’t fix it, they just ghosted me.

Avoid this platform

Avoid this platform. How do I give zero stars? Instead, get a VPN and watch via sevenplus. I didn't want to do the wrong thing so signed up for a annual membership while living abroad but I can only access on my phone, not my brand new Samsung smart TV. This doesn't allow me to watch with my family. Very frustrating. I can of course do this for the low price of a VPN, which I already have, so would cost me nothing extra.

Suscribed for one month whilst in Europe. Majority of the time it comes up with an error message for the replays I select. A useless platform and will be seeking a refund when I get back to Australia.

Garbage service - avoid

Garbage service. Highlights packages often unavailable for past games. Live streams often not working. Never offer a fix or refund for failing to provide the services they sell you. Just a joke of an operation. Avoid.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Can't watch via Firestick. Says have to buy Chromecast which is discontinued. It's like they don't want anyone watching afl abroad.
