No fix from support
Really frustrating: the subscription payment failed, and I lost access to my account. Support couldn't sort it out, so I was left without a fix.

When paying for the Claude…
When paying for the Claude subscription, the payment failed. They pay for subscriptions through their AppStore, and the linked account loses access to other payment options. As a result, I can no longer use my Claude account. The worst service, useless technical support — they don’t know anything and can’t help at all!

Still waiting on the game credit I paid for, and the help channel hasn't given me a useful answer. I couldn't tell whether the payment was being processed or if anything would arrive, which made the top-up feel risky. A clear update would have helped, but I was left guessing. 😕

The support channel here is entirely just a bot, and there is no publicly available contact email. It operates domestically within Russia and has no ability to communicate with or process payments from foreigners.
