Los mensajes se responden lento y algunas problemas no son resueltos

Los mensajes se responden lento, y las respuestas son muy ambiguas que generan mas preguntas para el usuario, las respuestas deberian ser mas largas para tener todo en cuenta todos los problemas, tambien algunas quejas como la violacion de las regla de "no cambiar el nombre de la cuenta de Steam" no son respetas y al momento de comunicarlo el problema no es solucionado.
