Refund page kept blinking
Bought a game, then the refund page just kept blinking when I tried to sort it out. Couldn't get anywhere with that. 😕

the cloud save limit is a real nuisance. i had to think about which saves to keep, and trying to manage them felt like busywork instead of getting on with the game. maybe fine for smaller titles, but it made using the service for a newer game a frustrating hassle.
Support useless. Games don’t work. As other say, stay away.
Briefly and summed up, using GOG as a base for Nvidia Cloud Gaming is like traveling the sea in a boat made of cardboard... works for a while, but leaves you drowning. Small, older and simple games are really okay - alas, I purchased cyberpunk 2077 using the service, rendering the game nearly unplayable due to the ridiculous limit of two hundred megabytes for savegames... 200Mb! Heck, this is 2026 and not 2006. Keep that in mind if you compare services for cloud gaming of more recent stuff. At least it is possible to delete selected savegames from the Cloud again to stay under the limit, but... its an unnecessary mess... Why? External save and storage of precious save game states is an existing option, but impossible to re-install... just doesn't work. This might be a game issue - but of course its caused by that cheaply limited GOF space. So, one isn't able to keep more than a dozen of save-games.
One of the worst experiences using a gaming platform ever. Its like puposefully putting a bloated virus on your computer. Do. Not. Use.
Really frustrating - the games would not work, and the app refused to start.
All I know is, the two games I bought have never worked and the app I installed won't start. I'm going back to Steam.
Scam. I purchased a game. Tried to download. Would not support. Tried to get a refund. The screen just blinked constantly.
this is a trojan virus! for a couple months i get random lag spikes up to 300ms on games i play on steam. last week i uninstalled gog galaxy as i dont use it anymore. i have had no lag since The UI is awful for seeing what's downloading and cannot open games installed through gog galaxy via steam.
Cannot rate lower! First-time customer experience,... Shite! Told a game was free, it wasn't. Told I had to buy a follow-up game, did. Cost £16.75 through PayPal. Installed, downloaded, no game to be found except on a shelf. Told to download again, did. Many .exe, no game. Try contacting Customer Support, you can't. Constantly redirected back to the beginning. Absolute Farce, leave well alone. Anyone submitting 'Good appraisals/reviews' is clearly fake, AI, or written by staff. My advice? Use jumper cables to a Delorean and go back to the 80's, 90's, when you could 'BUY' a game to own it, something tangible! Forget GOG GALAXY, they are about as far removed from Reality as you can get. No customer service/support, direct email, etc. Leave this crap company to stagnate. Diabolical!
