A match ended with a connection error, and I was left with a penalty even though the disconnect wasn't something I could fix. That makes playing feel like a gamble; stable sessions matter when a game can punish you for dropping out. Frustrating enough that I can't recommend the experience.

I'm one of the many who Ubisoft decided should reset their password. The problem is, the email doesn't come through to reset it when I've tried (multiple times). It's not in spam, not a whitelist issue. No one answers the emails or tweets, cases are left languishing for long periods of time without so much as a confirmation they'll get back to you eventually... I spent a lot of money on a game and expansion that I really loved, so I'm really disappointed to find I may never get to play it again.
