Nothing new to browse

A stale-feeling catalog. The subscription sounded like a place to find fresh games regularly, but new additions were much less frequent than that impression suggested, and eventually I couldn't find anything new at all. I sent questions asking what was going on and got no useful reply. That's what soured it for me: paying for a service that feels unchanged, then having no clear way to get an explanation. I used to check in expecting something different; now browsing just feels like the same shelves again.

Games gone after the update

After the new manager arrived, I couldn't access games I'd already bought. That's a pretty lousy surprise.

I have been on Iwin for 13 years

I have been on Iwin for 13 years, they recently switched to a new game manager, when they did, I lost all my games (they recovered some, not all), they changed the date I joined to this year 2026, I joined in 2013 & been with them since. Because of the date change, I have now been double billed & requested a refund, I to this day have not rec'd any further contact from Iwin. I have waited more than 3 weeks to have this all resolved with either correcting the information on my account & bring back my games & refund the double take or payment. They sent an email saying they are looking into it, but no feedback since a week ago. I have not seen a correction on my account, nor a refund of money taken. I sorry to say, I have stopped any further payments to this site, I regret using sites that do not uphold customer service, I DO NOT recommend you join this site, but feel free to play the games with ads or free to play.

Still not playable

The game never became playable after purchase, and the troubleshooting steps changed nothing. Support then went quiet. 😕

Client payante, abonnement mensuel. On vous vend un site où il y a 3 nouveautés tous les jours. ça n'a jamais été le cas, en général il y avait 3 nouveautés une ou deux fois par semaine et encore... depuis juin plus une seule nouveauté et zéro réponse à mes tickets demandant des explications! Ce sont des voleurs, ce site est à fuir absolument!

Wish there was a zero star options

Wish there was a zero star options. Never been able to play the game I purchased. Innitially I got a response to my email with a whole list of things I had to do. Needless to say nothing worked. All of sudden I got an email that the problem was solved, it was not my fault it was there fault. A new list with actions......nothing worked and now.....silence. Daunting to start the process of getting my money back from my bank but I will. Lesson learned, I should have research the feedback.

the new version is terrible you get…

the new version is terrible you get expired keys it cuts out and you can not play the game. my membership had been a member for clost to 2 decades. yet this new format is a complete ripoff. i have sent complaints but they just haave ai and no response back. iwin used to be the best platform now it is a smoldering turd. this haas been going on since the new updat. give us a choice the old version or this turd

rocky start but brilliant now

we got off to a bad start as i was unsure how anything worked where the games are downloaded etc i have since realised they are kept up in iwin on a platform which i am happy with as it does not clutter up my computer i am a steam customer and have loads of games up there the other thing when i subscibed to iwin i had no idea what the amount was i paid by paypal for my monthly amount until it went throu but all was okay in the end but suffice to say after that it went really well i play all manner of games from match three to hog games which they do have in abundance i am having a ball im glad i found it i love playing the older hog games they are more of a challenge
