What kinds of products do reviewers buy from Mechdiy?

Reviews mention retro handheld consoles from brands such as Trimui, Miyoo, and Anbernic, along with accessories including SD cards.

What do reviewers say about the consoles’ quality?

Many describe the consoles as well made, solid, and enjoyable to use, with a good selection of games. However, some report defective, damaged, or apparently used products, so experiences are not uniform.

How quickly do orders arrive?

Many reviewers say orders arrived quickly or on time. Some mention longer waits, express shipping that felt slow, or items from one order arriving separately.

Are orders packed securely?

Several reviewers say their parcels arrived safely and were well or securely packaged.

How do reviewers describe customer support?

Many describe support as helpful and responsive, including for setup questions, missing items, and replacement requests. Other reviewers report slow or unanswered messages, especially when seeking a cancellation, return, or warranty resolution.

Some reviewers say they received a replacement console or SD card, while others describe unresolved faults, difficult return or warranty processes, or slow communication. Reviews therefore show mixed outcomes.

Are the SD cards a good choice?

Some reviewers are pleased with the SD card quality and performance, while one reports that an optional card failed after a few days and describes difficulty resolving the issue. Feedback is mixed.

Customer care eccellente

Ho acquistato una console trimui brick pro. Arrivato tutto in tempi rapidi, ben imballato e funzionante. Dopo pochi giorni la schermo si è rotto internamente. L’assistenza mi ha sostituito il prodotto in tempi davvero rapidi. Consigliatissimi

I ordered 2 handheld devices on 2 separate occasions to Europe after 1st of july and both arrived well packaged. The best part was of course that were no extra or hidden costs. All costs were shown at the checkout page. So all in all i am very satisfied.

I only ordered an SD card for my miyoo mini flip, but it showed up quickly. The sleep on close functions correctly and the SD is a genuine SanDisk branded card. Very happy with the entire experience.
