What kinds of products do reviewers buy from Liberty Games?

Reviews describe purchases including pool and dining tables, table tennis and football tables, pinball and arcade machines, jukeboxes, pool accessories and other games for home or community spaces.

How do reviewers rate product quality?

Most describe their tables, machines and accessories as well made, attractive or good value. A few report quality concerns, such as a table that was not level or cues that needed replacing.

Are deliveries generally on time?

Many reviewers say their orders arrived quickly or on the agreed date, often with updates from the delivery team. A few describe delays or conflicting information about when an order would arrive.

Do reviewers mention installation or assembly?

Yes. Reviewers describe installation and fitting teams as helpful and professional, and some say their tables were assembled at delivery. These experiences relate to particular orders and do not establish that installation is included with every purchase.

What do reviewers say about customer service?

Many report clear, prompt answers to questions and regular order updates. Some also describe staff offering advice while they considered a purchase or changed an order.

How are problems handled after purchase?

Some reviewers say staff investigated faults, supplied replacement parts or offered a resolution to a product concern. Others report frustration with follow-up after a delayed delivery or ongoing table and accessory problems, so experiences are not uniform.

Do reviewers consider the prices good value?

Many reviewers call the prices competitive or say their purchase offered good value. Some mention finding lower prices elsewhere, so value appears to depend on the item and the customer's comparison.

Useful between games

The dining top makes the pool table useful beyond game time, and it looks smart in the room. Already getting plenty of use.

Help choosing a cue

Got clear advice at the showroom and was seen straight away, even though I arrived early... exactly the help I needed choosing a cue.

Such a relief

Such a relief. My arcade machine stopped working, and I got a quick reply with a useful idea of what might be wrong. The part I ordered turned out faulty, but they investigated and arranged a replacement. No runaround, just someone sticking with the problem. That made a big difference.

Great Service

I needed a quality pool cue for my son’s birthday, so I booked a Sunday appointment at the Liberty showroom. Although I was early, I was seen immediately and got great service and advice, plus a reduced price as no postage was required. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Liberty games are a breath of fresh air! This is how all businesses should work, easily contactable and also following up with updates throughout the process. I can’t thank them enough even with the driver building the table too. Games night round ours!!
