Looking at 51 reviews, most reviewers were happy with the overall experience, reflected in an average rating of 4.12 out of 5. Many praise the wooden puzzles and models for their attractive appearance, quality, and precisely fitting pieces, and describe assembly as enjoyable. Reviewers often say items match their descriptions, and many report prompt, careful delivery. Some also value the helpful service they received when requesting replacement parts....
However, some customers report long delivery delays, including orders arriving after gift dates, and say they received little or no shipping information. A few describe difficulty reaching customer service, while others mention a loose or fragile piece, or an item shown as in stock that was unavailable. One reviewer also found the assembly instructions were in German.

The Triomino looks lovely on the table, and being able to collect the parcel whenever suited me was useful. The relay handoff did feel a little impersonal, though. Still, the game itself is attractive and I'm happy with the purchase; it's a nice one to bring out for a game.
The wooden puzzle arrived looking lovely, and the pieces fit neatly. The instructions being in German was a small snag, but the build itself was a pleasure.
The wooden pieces fit together with surprising precision, and the finished model looks genuinely lovely on the shelf. Assembly was enjoyable rather than frustrating, with enough challenge to keep it interesting. The item arrived in good condition and matched the description well. A thoughtful build for a quiet afternoon, especially when the quality of the cut pieces matters most.
