A puzzle that held my attention

The puzzle kept me thinking longer than expected, and the wooden design feels unlike the usual jigsaw.

Behappi great service and wonderful puzzles

Behappi have been great, communicating by email very quickly and have been helpful. I saw the puzzles when on holiday abroad earlier this year and have bought 4 puzzles for Christmas presents and they arrived safely and promptly to the UK. They look even better than I remember. Looking forward to giving them as presents.

The product itself was cute

The product itself was cute. Still, it make me unhappy because the delivery took twice as long as allowed. I ordered puzzle as a birthday present and did it in time. Still - I got the item after the birthday :-(

Never received the package

I never received the actual package. I was sent a USPS tracking number that said it was untrackable and then left with a piece of paper that it could not be left at my door for reason. Not sure why I would need to be present to be delivered. When I tried to call the service, the package didn’t exist.

Excellent webshop and service

Tried to shop for a lasercut puzzle in Tallinn, Estonia at local stores. I noticed a shop in Riga selling them, but did not purchase there. None of the visited in Tallinn carried Behäppi. Some argued there was no Estonian company making puzzles. Hard to understand ;). Webshop was a great alternative. All excellent. The parcel arrived earlier home than I did. Thank you!
