A reason to browse

Found a good price on a game I wanted, which was enough to make me give the shop a try. I also like seeing promotions for indie games, not just familiar big releases. That little bit of variety makes browsing feel worthwhile when I'm looking for something new.

The only gamestore with hidden tax when…

The only gamestore with hidden tax when paying with PayPal. Example: a game costs 1€, both on Indiegala site and all other sites that keep track of game prices, but when you try to go through checkout, the price doubles to 2€. Even if you take VAT into account, this is just egregious. No legitimate store acts like this. I never had this problem with any other gamekey store, and the price you see before clicking on checkout is the price you pay after clicking on checkout, without hidden costs.

A pleasantly simple purchase

That was a pleasant surprise: checkout was straightforward, and the game code showed up in my account right away. I redeemed it on Steam without any trouble. I mainly wanted a discounted game without a drawn-out process, and this went the way I hoped, with no extra steps to figure out.

Discounted game

Found a discount, was able to add to cart, enter email and pay with credit card. The email came quick with the info, then the code was available immediately in my account. I redeemed on Steam, np.

Kauf nicht Möglich. Kein Support auffindbar.

Kauf trotz mehrfacher Versuche nicht möglich („ungewöhnliche Aktivitäten“), weder am PC noch am Handy. Kein erreichbarer Support – so wirkt der Shop leider nicht vertrauenswürdig.

One of the Worst Ordering Experiences I’ve Ever Had

One of the worst ordering experiences I've ever had. I’ll keep this brief because I don’t want to waste any more time on this company than I already have. My entire purchase process was frustrating from start to finish: I tried to add a game to my cart. The site said it was added, but when I opened the cart it was empty. After eventually getting the game into my cart, I attempted to pay with PayPal, but the transaction was rejected for vague “security reasons.” I then tried paying by card. Both attempts failed with a generic “error” message and no explanation. I eventually managed to complete the checkout and was told I’d receive a confirmation email. No email ever arrived (yes, I checked my spam folder). I registered a full account so I could at least check my order. The game does appear in my orders, but when I try to generate the key I’m met with another generic “error” and told to contact support. I don't understand how this store is still online.

Bought already a game for 2bucks, problems solved in 24h

Bought already a game for 2bucks. They only have support through discord and I cannot redeem my game without an account. An account that SHOULD be generated but it's been 12h already. Edit, bumped to a 3star. Emails work*. They responded in 12h x2 to 2 emails and got my account and password, respectively. The code works fine.

I bought a bundle from them on the 30

I bought a bundle from them on the 30. of december and on the 2. of January they took the money for the bundle. But I have yet to get any bundle from them or hear back from them, when contacting them.
