A real reply
Support was the part I was unsure about, since buying a game code online can feel a little impersonal. When I had a question, a real person replied in a calm, helpful way rather than sending me in circles. The purchase itself was uncomplicated and the code worked, but that human response is what left me feeling comfortable with the store. It felt like someone had actually read what I asked. I appreciated not having to decode a canned answer. That made the whole thing feel less risky.
