No useful update
A support request led nowhere, and I was left without a useful update. That made a bad purchase even harder to sort out.

The activation key never showed up, just a blank template. I couldn't access what I'd paid for, and waiting on support made the whole purchase a letdown.

"Please check your inbox", and what do I see? {_SERIAL_NB_1} where my key should be. I purchased a game from here because they're apparently a licensed retailer and they had a good deal, but my key is nowhere to be seen. I have purchased from many licensed stores in the past and I always received my key instantly, this is the first time that I receive absolutely nothing. I've been reading on reddit that they apparently need to manually validate your first purchase, I'm sorry but what? Who does this? Give me my game that I paid for already, I don't have to wait for you. Hopefully I will get my key eventually but I'm never touching this site ever again, my friends are playing while I'm left with nothing. Horrible, ruined my night.

I was skeptical at first due to the lack of review and the agressive discount, but apparently is legit. Did some research on reddit too, but I managed to buy Tekken 8 at 21 euros. Best deal Ero scettico inizialmente per via delle poche recensioni e degli sconti piuttosto aggressivi. Alla fine ho fatto anche qualche ricerca su Reddit ma sono riuscito a prendermi Tekken 8 a 21 euro. Affarone

No activation key in sight
I purchased " Destiny 2: Lightfall " And it worked smoothly got sent a activation key from both email AND the website but... A day later i purchase " Destiny 2: Legacy Collection " and now there's nothing but "{_SERIAL_NB_1}" template in the email and I'm left with nothing but time to wait for their response to my support email HIGHLY suggest to use G2A unlike me.

December day 4, i bought lunarlux with them. But instead of receiving my activation key, I've got {_SERIAL_NB_1}. Worst than that, in their site i can't even view what i bought. And to finish the support is non-existent. You fill some info and they say the response will come by mail. But those are just empty words that leaves with your money

Sold me keys they didn't have
Sold me keys they didn't have. I specifically reached out to their support to make sure NBA 2k21 keys were still in stock. At first the support guy didn't even understand what I was asking. Eventually, he said yes.. Well, I buy the key and of course they send me an email with an empty key field. Pathetic really

I'm one of the unlucky who got a revoked key, not sure the reason as I never received a refund. I didn't try redeeming the code until a couple months after purchase. I would avoid this dishonest seller, they have very bad business ethics.
